Training with QuickFit simultaneously activates the body engine. QuickFit Training, with shorter and more concentrated exercise, promotes a sustained reduction of weight and body fat: it produces a significant increase in the base metabolism, which implies a higher energy consumption and fat burning (excess fat turns into energy and is successfully reduced).
